private sessions

Private yoga sessions are designed to focus on your specific needs such as alignment, philosophy, relaxation, injury rehabilitation, and more.
Classes may be booked one-on-one or as a semi-private with two or more people.

Our calendar fills up quickly, so sessions are dependent on instructor availability.

  • These sessions are great for those new to yoga or would like to try yoga, but may not feel comfortable in a group setting. The focus will be on specific poses and alignment. These classes are also beneficial for those wanting to get back to basics. We recommend at least 4 sessions.

  • These sessions are designed for your specific health needs in mind. We’ll work on healing the body and mind through yoga. We recommend at least 6 sessions.

  • Yoga is a template for living well. Using yoga philosophy, we’ll investigate patterns and tendencies that may be holding you back from the life you long for. These classes may involve outside readings and homework. We recommend at least 8 sessions.

  • Yoga is great way to connect with others. These sessions are great for team building, bachelorette parties, morning wedding sessions, and more.

Standard Rates:

Individual Private:
$70 1 hour session
$90 1.5 hour session

Group Private:
$90 1 hour session
$120 1.5 hour session

Additional cost for classes outside of Winona

Package Rates:

Individual Private:
$140 newcomer package of three 1-hour sessions for the price of two (save $70)

Semi Private:
$500 package of six 1 hour semi-private sessions (save $40)

Private sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or student
will be charged the full rate of the session.
