inspiration

in Switzerland & Italy
Zermatt — Bergamo — Milan

7 days 6 nights
July 6 - 12 , 2025

This is a retreat to receive and radiate inspiration with Muddy Waters Yoga Studio.

To retreat is to remember who lives inside, to experience and explore, to walk in wonder, and to connect with self, others, and a culture unique from your own. Our trips are meant to bring you back to your essence through contemplative practices, new experiences, movement, nature, and inquiry. The time spent in Switzerland and Italy is an invitation to immerse yourself in another world where beauty is not only seen but felt. The time together will be focused on attuning to the details of your life and creating a conscious roadmap for living far beyond the time we spend in travel.
