Heather Beier is a practitioner, teacher, and facilitator known for her authentic presence and guidance. Her classes, trainings, and retreats are centered around the governing principle of helping people live alive and embodied in presence by connecting deeply to the intelligence of the body and embodying the philosophies into daily life. She has a deep reverence for the practice and has been guiding students for over a decade.

Heather lives in the river town of Winona with her partner, two daughters, and a bunch of goats and chickens.

For the past 20 years, Mollee has shared these life-supportive practices in a way that welcomes and honors the unique brilliance of those she is privileged to work with.

She leads mind-body workshops, teacher trainings, and organizational well-being consultations in the upper Midwest, and online.
